Every commission is individually drawn by hand from your photographs.
I take great care to capture the details that make your subject unique — from the expression in their eyes and subtle facial features to hair texture, skin tones and the overall character of the person.
Your finished artwork will be created on high-quality archival paper using professional charcoal and graphite pencils.

Choosing Your Photograph
The quality of your reference photograph is important because I use it as the basis for your portrait.
For the best result, please provide a clear, high-resolution photograph with good lighting and the face clearly visible.
I am happy to look at several photographs and help you choose the strongest reference before I begin.
The Commission Process
1. Get in Touch
Send me your photograph or photographs and let me know what you have in mind.
2. Choose Your Size
I will help you select the most suitable size depending on the number of people and the level of detail you would like.
3. Approval & Payment
Once the details of your commission have been agreed, your place will be secured and I can begin creating your portrait.
4. Your Portrait Is Drawn
I carefully build the portrait using layers of graphite, gradually developing the tones, textures and fine details.
5. Completion & Delivery
Once your portrait is complete, it is carefully protected and securely packaged before being sent to you with tracking.

Hundreds of hours of practice, careful observation and attention to detail go into developing realistic portraits. The finished artwork is something you can physically own, frame and display — and eventually pass down as a keepsake.
Payment
A 30% deposit is required and can be made via a secure PayPal link .
The remaining fee will be paid upon completion.
Dependent on size - I currently have a 3/4 week turnaround from start of scheduled commissions.
All artwork will be sent by next day delivery if in UK and will be tracked to ensure safe delivery.
Outside of UK, the fastest delivery option will be used and tracking will be available.
It will come in a presentation box with certificate of authenticity.
